Former deputy constable accused of groping woman during traffic stop pleads no contest

SAN ANTONIO – A former Bexar County Deputy Constable has been sentenced for a charge of ‘official oppression.’

On Monday, the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office announced that Maximiliano Marquez, a former Precinct 2 Deputy Constable, had been sentenced to 24 months of deferred adjudication.
