The bond for the alleged gunman in the deadly shooting at the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino has been raised to $5.1 million after authorities filed two additional charges, according to the Eagle Pass News Leader.
San Antonio resident Keryan Jones, 34, was initially charged with two counts of capital murder —each with a $1.5 million bond— and five counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon — each set at $300,000 —in connection with the shooting that killed two and injured five.
Officials identified the victims as the mother of five, Alicia “Daniela” Sanchez, and former Border Patrol agent Marcus Antley.
