SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The San Antonio Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting on the West Side, and it is possible the prime suspect is at large.
Investigators say a man was found with a gunshot to the head in the 1200 block of Historic Old Highway 90 and Acme Road around 3 a.m. Thursday. Detectives say the man was found in front of a business, and they also say a car believed to be the victim’s had bullet holes in the windshield.
SAPD is looking over surveillance video from the store, and likely from the surrounding area, for clues…
