Before he was arrested, a Bexar County jail inmate who died while being treated at University Hospital had been shot while allegedly attempting to rob a vape shop, court records reveal.
Victor Cadena Jr., 34, died Sunday, just over a week after he was arrested on suspicion of aggravated robbery, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
