Are you plagued by nightmares? If so, it could have something to do with the city you live in. A recent study found three Texas cities are among the most likely to give you nightmares.
I don’t know if I would say that I’m plagued by nightmares, but I do have them quite often. I’ll have a random bad dream from time to time that will cause me to wake up in a cold sweat with my heart racing. But I also have recurring nightmares.
