‘We can’t take it any more’: East Side residents seek cleaner air, fewer rigs

When Alonzo Jones’ parents bought a house at the Willowwood Estates subdivision on the East Side, a cornfield was growing across the street and the franchise that would become the San Antonio Spurs was still the Dallas Chaparrals.
