SAN ANTONIO – A 59-year-old man was hospitalized after he was shot in the head after an altercation at a West Side bar, according to San Antonio police.
Arriving officers located the man outside of his SUV just before 11 p.m. in the 400 block of Historic Old Highway 90.
The victim was believed to have gotten into an argument with a man inside a nearby bar. After leaving, the man grabbed a gun from his vehicle and shot the victim, who was sitting in his SUV, an SAPD preliminary report said…
