Man shot in groin by security while attempting to drive through CPS power plant gate

BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — One man was hospitalized after allegedly ramming his vehicle through the front gate of a CPS power plant in South Bexar County, causing security guards to open fire on Thursday.

Bexar County Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of a shooting around 5 p.m. at 12940 U.S. Highway 181 South.
