The former owner of the Pig Stand near Pearl has settled a lawsuit brought by a company that plans to build a mixed-use development in the area.
A company affiliated with Mary Ann Hill will pay $13,900 for back rent and attorneys’ fees to KEM Texas Ltd., a company linked to San Antonio-based GrayStreet Partners, according to an agreed judgment.
