A San Antonio construction company is suing one of its former executives, alleging he embezzled more than $1.7 million to build his home in Bulverde.
Pesado Construction Co. accuses former Chief Operating Officer Peter McMahon of submitting false invoices from contractors and suppliers involved in the construction of his home.
