A federal trademark infringement case seeking more than $10 million in damages against San Antonio personal-injury lawyer Jeff Davis has ended.
Las Vegas lawyer Glen Lerner — who sued Davis over the use of the advertising slogans “One call solves all” and the Spanish version, “Una llamada soluciona todo,” to promote his law firm — quietly moved to dismiss the lawsuit.
Lerner had alleged the two phrases are too similar to ones that he uses. He owns the trademarks for “One call … does it all” and “One call, that’s all.”…
