If you have a Waffle House-shaped hole in your heart, a new location of a San Antonio comfort food spot may be able to help.
According to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration, a third location of Mr. C’s Fried Chicken & Waffles is in the works for Potranco Road on the city’s Far Westside. The chain is known for its fried chicken and waffle plates, with distinct flavors such as red velvet, blueberry, cinnamon and chocolate chip waffles. Southern food is all over the menu, with offerings like shrimp and grits, chicken-fried steak, fried and blackened catfish, wings and more.
