Shooting at East Side convenience store leaves one injured, suspects at large

SAN ANTONIO — At least one person was injured and multiple suspects are on the run after a shooting at a convenience store on the East Side.

Police responded to the shooting around 3:45 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Binz Engleman Road and Candlemeadow Drive.

According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO), deputies responded to multiple calls for a shooting in the 3700 block of Candleglenn. One person was confirmed to be shot in the right leg and multiple suspects fled the scene…
