On Monday, November 10, the McMullen County Sheriff’s Office initiated a pursuit of a vehicle reported stolen from Bexar County. The chase traveled along Highway 16 through Atascosa County, during which the driver reportedly attempted to hit a deputy while spikes were deployed.
The pursuit continued through Atascosa County and into southern Bexar County before DPS troopers were able to end the chase. The driver was apprehended by Atascosa County deputies after a brief foot pursuit and turned over to McMullen County authorities…
