A woman whose baby died while she fought with the baby’s father over a handgun had her charge dismissed, court records show.
Ruby Marie Mora, 23, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault in April 2023. Her daughter, 8-month-old Rosalinda Martinez, died after she was shot during a fight between her parents over a handgun, according to court documents.
