SAN ANTONIO — A body was discovered by workers at a construction site for University Health’s Palo Alto hospital on Thursday, officials said.
University Health confirmed the deceased person was found by construction workers as they were arriving on site in the morning.
Officials say the person was not a University Health employee or part of the construction team. All workers were sent home and no construction is being done at the site today…
