SAN ANTONIO – A man was able to fend off four attackers armed with a hammer and a bottle as they tried to force their way into his home Friday night.
It happened at about 7 p.m. just west of downtown near the intersection of El Paso and South Colorado Street.
Police tell us the man was home as four men tried to break into his apartment. He was able to scare the alleged burglars, but the suspects chased him around the block, armed with a hammer…
