SAN ANTONIO – A two-car crash near railroad tracks on the Northeast Side forced an oncoming train to stop early Monday morning.
The accident happened just before 6 a.m. along Rittiman Road near Gibbs Sprawl Road.
Authorities have not yet determined the cause, and each vehicle ended up on opposite sides of the railroad crossing…
