San Antonio Walmart Evacuated After Bomb Threat, No Explosives Found, Police Seek Suspect

Tension gripped a Walmart on the southwest side of San Antonio Tuesday evening when a bomb threat prompted an immediate evacuation. A man called the store near Loop 410 and Ray Ellison Boulevard around 10:45 p.m., claiming to have placed bombs inside and demanding money, as reported by FOX San Antonio. Police officers responded swiftly, searching the premises thoroughly yet they were unable to find any explosives.

According to KENS 5, the San Antonio Police Department detailed that the call came in at approximately 9:43 p.m., and dispatchers were informed by a man, described only as a Hispanic male, that he had placed three bombs within the building and demanded money.
