Drug charges against the alleged operator of an after-hours nightclub on the North Side that was targeted in a federal immigration raid have been dropped, according to Bexar County court records.
Luis Amador Castillo-Hernandez, 37, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with two counts of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance. He was accused of selling cocaine to undercover agents at the property where federal agents say they detained 143 undocumented migrants in a raid Nov. 16.
The drug charges were dismissed just days after his arrest, on Nov. 25, according to court records, which do not provide details on why the charges were dropped. He was released from the Bexar County jail the following day…
