Judge orders psychiatric evaluation for man accused in killing of Stacey Dramiga

A psychiatric evaluation was ordered for a man accused of sexually assaulting and killing a San Antonio woman on a Southeast Side walking trail.

Samuel Aquim Charon, 23, is facing a capital murder charge for the death of 63-year-old Stacey Dramiga, whose remains were found burned in September 2024.

Court records show that Charon was ordered to be psychiatrically evaluated to determine whether he is competent to understand the charges against him. He remains at the Bexar County jail with a $1 million bail…
