SAN ANTONIO — Police need your help finding a missing 17-year-old with a diagnosed medical condition last seen on the city’s Southwest Side.
According to San Antonio Police Department, Annalisa Athena Palma was last seen Saturday in the 5800 Block of Stonybrook Drive.
She is described as 5’4, 185 pounds, with brown eyes, and black shoulder-length straight hair with bangs. She also has a tattoo of a heart with a backwards J on her left collarbone…
