SAN ANTONIO — Two years after the murders of Savanah Soto, her boyfriend Matthew Guerra, and their unborn son, the wait for justice continues for Soto’s family.
Arrests have been made in the case, but Soto’s mother, Gloria Cordova, says the legal process has been long and painful — a reality she knows all too well.
