A new restaurant is set to become the latest tenant at a high-turnover Stone Oak property.
The 10,000-square-foot restaurant, Katerina, co-owned by Katerina Akimova and Dick Jones, is expected to open in January at 18740 Stone Oak Parkway, according to CultureMap San Antonio. A press release cited by the outlet and posts on the restaurant’s social media accounts do not provide an exact opening date.
