Brake check causes multi-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 90 West, minor injuries reported

SAN ANTONIO — A brake check caused a multi-vehicle accident along U.S. Highway 90 West on Tuesday morning, police said.

According to the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD), around 7 a.m. a vehicle was traveling eastbound when they brake checked another vehicle, causing them to be rear ended. The collision caused the first vehicle to veer into the right hand lanes also pushing the second vehicle. A third vehicle was sideswiped while this unfolded.

A fourth vehicle rear ended the second vehicle and crashed into a median guardrail, causing a light pole to fall onto the highway…
