SAN ANTONIO – The director of the Bexar County Military and Veteran Services Department was frequently absent from the office and failed to address misconduct allegations raised against his deputy director, records obtained Tuesday by KSAT Investigates show.
Keith Wilson has been on paid administrative leave since Dec. 10, six weeks after County Manager David Smith placed Wilson on a detailed performance improvement plan.
