Along a corridor that’s seen an explosion of apartment and office construction in recent years, the owner of a Broadway building previously occupied by Antiquarian Book Mart is seeking to demolish it.
Real estate developer Glenn Huddleston is asking the city of San Antonio for permission to raze the building at 3127 Broadway, which he acquired in 2023.
It’s unclear whether Huddleston has plans for the site, which is sandwiched between a building he owns that was formerly leased to Half Price Books and another building occupied by W.D. Deli. Huddleston also owns other buildings and vacant land on the same block…
