The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office has released body-worn camera footage and a detailed investigative timeline in connection with a deputy-involved shooting last month that left a suspect dead and two deputies injured.
The shooting happened around 8:30 a.m. Dec. 21 at a home in the 700 block of Tecumseh Drive. Deputies were dispatched after a woman called to report that her ex-boyfriend had entered her home without permission, barricaded himself inside, and threatened to kill her, her family, and responding deputies, according to the sheriff’s office.
