A man who police say confessed to fatally shooting a 31-year-old woman during a road rage incident took a plea in his case.
Nicholas Hernandez, 25, pleaded no contest Thursday for the death of Julie Marie Butcher, a woman who was found shot in the head inside her crashed vehicle in November 2024.
