Fast-casual Italian chain Piada Italian Street Food will make its San Antonio-area debut with two locations this spring.
The two stores now in the works are at 11745 I-10 West #501 in the Huebner Oaks Center and 18430 I-35 North in Scherz Station, state regulatory filings show.
Known for its eponymous Italian wraps, Columbus, Ohio-based Piada offers a variety of hand-rolled sandwiches baked on a stone grill.
