Honey Pig Korean BBQ is preparing to bring its first San Antonio location to the Northwoods Shopping Center, according to a project details page registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Renovation on the property is scheduled to begin on Sunday, March 1, with a completion date scheduled for October 30. The estimated cost is listed as around $600,000. Presently, Honey Pig has a few locations in Texas, including spots in Austin, Houston and Katy. Like other Korean barbecue joints, the chain provides tabletop grills that customers can use to prepare their own meats, including pork bulgogi, ribeye steaks and pork belly.
