Ownership of Chacho’s Mexican restaurants is once again facing allegations that it has defrauded investors.
Mexican attorney and businessman Arturo Quintero Treviño has sued Chacho’s owner John Burke and two of his businesses, alleging that they “siphoned off” millions of dollars in investors’ capital meant to expand the restaurant chain.
