One of San Antonio’s most popular taquerías is heading into 2026 in a big way. The East Side’s Con Huevos Tacos is launching Con Huevos Kitchen at 1841 E. Houston St., a new concept specializing in feeding crowds on the fly.
Although it advertises itself as a catering operation, the new eatery also accommodates more everyday needs. The packs start at family size, serving 4-6 people, and scale up to giant orders that can keep a backyard party in full swing.
Since Con Huevos is serving on a larger scale, the menu is limited to a few fan favorites, including chicken tinga or beef picadillo tacos, three types of enchiladas, or burritos. Chips, guacamole, and other fixings are sold a la carte — as are the restaurant’s famously pillowy flour tortillas…
