Over 100 pounds of THC edibles seized at Northwest Side dispensary, woman arrested, says BCSO

A woman was arrested after Bexar County Sheriff’s Office deputies said they found and seized more than 100 pounds of THC at a Northwest Side dispensary.

Ruby Delarosa, 35, is charged with six counts of manufacturing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, one count of possession of marijuana and one of possession of a controlled substance. A judge set her bail at $415,000.

On Jan. 9, deputies had gone to Delarosa’s West Side home to arrest her near Hunt Lane and Marbach. She was wanted on three felony warrants for her arrest that officials said stemmed from a prior investigation.

But while deputies had her under surveillance, they watched her leave and go to a business labeled as a dispensary in the 1000 block of West Avenue, near West Hildebrand Avenue and Fredericksburg Road…
