Frigid Sunday coming to South Texas. Here’s when we’ll thaw out.

Sunday could end up as the coldest day of the winter across South Texas.

While freezing rain and sleet will exit the region early in the morning, arctic air will stick around, and some parts of the area will experience subfreezing temperatures throughout the entire day.
