BEXAR COUNTY, Texas – A former China Grove city secretary was arrested for allegedly defrauding Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Medicaid programs, according to an arrest affidavit.
Melinda Sue Sauceda, 40, was arrested Tuesday by the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office on charges of tampering with government records defraud/harm, forgery and theft, jail records show.
