A San Antonio real estate firm has acquired a far Northwest Side office park that was once a major satellite office for USAA.
SageView Partners purchased Westridge One and Two, located at 15935 La Cantera Parkway, just north of Loop 1604, on Jan. 16, according to property records. The purchase price was not disclosed.
