San Antonio residents Elizabeth and Rene Luna had long dreamed of owning their own beach house — Elizabeth has been going to the beach with her family since she was a child and some of her fondest memories growing up are by the water.
“I remember being on the ferry at Port Aransas and watching the dolphins in the water,” she said. “Now that we have a family of my own, I’ve long wanted to have our own place on the beach.”
