Bar Gimme Gimme, the rock ’n’ roll–inspired Southtown nightspot co-founded by bartrepreneur Aaron Peña and Roger Herr, has struck a pop-up partnership with locally owned Mexican-style hot dog stand El Weinecero.
Under the new arrangement, El Weinecero will operate out of Bar Gimme Gimme’s kitchen every Thursday through Sunday, marking a significant expansion for the street-food brand.
