Man arrested, accused of firing shots near Twin Peaks restaurant in Live Oak

Police have arrested a man accused of shooting into the air near a Twin Peaks restaurant in Live Oak.

Officers with the Live Oak Police Department responded around 5:30 p.m. Thursday to a Twin Peaks at 3050 IKEA-RBFCU Parkway, according to a social media post from the department.

A suspect later identified as Manuel Montes Jr., 31, reportedly pointed a handgun at the restaurant and then fired several shots into the air as he drove away from the scene…
