A Bexar County judge is preparing to rule on whether statements made by capital murder defendant Stephen Michael Clare to a child protective services investigator should be withheld from a jury.
Stephen Michael Clare, 53, is accused of stabbing his 11-month-old daughter, Willow, to death and injuring his 2-year-old daughter, Rosalie, and his ex-wife, Mariah Lee Gardner, on April 10, 2023.
