According to MySA, a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing lists the project as “James Avery MFG – Investment” and describes a 2,900-square-foot interior renovation and addition at 1101 Castro Street in Hondo. The filing outlines a construction start in early March and a completion date of June 26, 2026, although permitting and procurement can still shift those targets.

Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation project pages also show a separate 2025 filing at 1101 Castro Street identified as Project #TABS2025023432, labeled “HMFG – Enamel Room,” that recorded a 2,500-square-foot interior renovation at a much smaller estimated cost.
