SAN ANTONIO, Texas - A Bexar County man will spend the rest of his life in prison after a judge sentenced him for the 2022 killing of his mother and the attempted murder of his stepfather.
On February 10, 2026, Judge Benjamin Robertson of the 226th District Court sentenced Frank Falcon to life in prison without the possibility of parole for capital murder in the death of his mother, Linda Webster. Falcon was also sentenced for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the shooting of his stepfather, Mark Webster.
Crime Followed Eviction Dispute
According to court testimony, the violence stemmed from a dispute over unpaid property taxes.
