A retrial is underway in a San Antonio business dispute that produced a record $706 million jury verdict in 2018 but was overturned by an appeals court.
The case pits HouseCanary Inc., a San Antonio tech company that provides analytics on the housing market, against Detroit-based Amrock Inc. Amrock was formerly known as Title Source Inc. but is now known as Rocket Close LLC, a Rocket Mortgage sister company that provides title, closing and valuation services.
