Invited, the national club operator, is dropping nearly $9 million on a sweeping facelift at Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club north of San Antonio, reshaping the clubhouse, dining scene and on-course experience as it digs in deeper on the edge of the metro. The overhaul touches golf bunkers, racquet courts, the pool and fitness facilities, while layering in multiple new dining options aimed at both members and event business. Work has been staggered in phases so the club can keep core amenities open while construction creeps across the property.
