SAN ANTONIO — A woman died early Saturday after she was struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross the highway on the northwest side after a multi-vehicle crash, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
Officers responded around 3:30 a.m. to the 11000 block of I-10 West in the eastbound lanes for what police described as a major accident involving multiple vehicles.
During the investigation, police said the woman and another individual attempted to flee the scene and jumped over the median into oncoming traffic. As she ran across the highway lanes, she was struck by a vehicle, SAPD said…
