Two people were injured by gunfire Saturday morning on the city’s Northeast Side, police said.
An argument between two men around 7 a.m. inside a business in the 4000 block of Interstate 35 north led to the first shooting, according to a preliminary report from the San Antonio Police Department.
When the men exited the business, one man shot the other and fled. Officers found the injured man with “multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body,” the police report says…
