SAN ANTONIO – A video circulating on Facebook is gaining attention after it appears to show the San Antonio Police Department driving off while a dog runs alongside.
The person who recorded the video said the dog’s owner had been arrested on the North Side and, rather than waiting for Animal Care Services to take custody, officers drove off with the dog following them.
