The second-largest seafood chain in the United States is hoping San Antonio will take to its menu hook, line, and sinker. Captain D’s Seafood Kitchen is opening the first of three planned Alamo City restaurants at 7531 Bandera Rd. on the Northwest Side.
The Nashville, Tennessee-based quick-service restaurant first teased its San Antonio debut in April 2025, revealing plans for three locations. At the time, local franchise owners Dave Peters, Brian Clemens, and Ruben Cardenas said they were eyeing the Lackland Air Force Base area for its first storefront but did not specify an exact address.
