Fast-casual chain Captain D’s Seafood Kitchen its casting its net into the San Antonio market for the first time.
The Nashville-based company will opening its first restaurant here in early summer at 7531 Bandera Road, Suite 101, a company spokeswoman confirmed. San Antonio residents Dave Peters, Brian Clemens and Ruben Cardenas will operate the franchise.
The franchisees are expected to open two more local units, according to the spokeswoman, who asked not to be named. However, she declined to offer a timetable for the additional openings, saying the company plans to reveal further details closer to the first store’s opening…
